About Dallison

I am a third generation Real Estate Professional. I literally grew up in this business. My grandfather was a developer in Central Florida, starting his business after serving in WWII until the late 1970’s. My Mother still has her Broker’s license in three states and has practiced for over 35 years. I became licensed in 2005 and became an Associate Broker in 2012. I have a consistent record of success having maintained my status in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club since 2008 and NVAR’s Top Producer Status since 2009. In 2013, I was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.

I treat my business as a profession and this shows through my results. I have been successful despite having started my business just at the beginning of the worst housing crisis in the history of our Country. There are no tricks or quick easy methods to selling Real Estate. The simple rule is that you must adjust and adapt to the market at hand and work with it, not against it. You look for opportunities and then you seize them. I pride my self in my work ethic and professionalism. I follow the Golden Rule and treat others the way I want to be treated. I think that is so important in this business and in any other profession. I am personally invested in my clients and their satisfaction.

I’m heavily invested in my Community and volunteer whenever I can. Service memberships have included serving as President of the Orange Hunt Elementary School PTA, a member of Fairfax County’s Lee District Land Use Committee, Springboard Pool Board of Directors, New Charleston Home Owners Association’s President and The Holly Forest Home Owners Association as Secretary. I have volunteered through several non profits, most recently with A Forever Home Rescue Foundation and I’ve been a Troop Leader for my daughter’s Girl Scout Troop. I honestly believe you get out of your community what you contribute to it. I love living here and enjoy the exposure to the rich cultural diversity this area has to offer.

I grew up as a Navy Brat and traveled throughout the Country and Caribbean every few years as a child. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Florida State University and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Central Florida. In 1984, I graduated locally from JEB Stuart High School in Falls Church. I relocated to Fairfax County shortly after graduation and have lived here ever since. I spent the first twelve years working in D.C. in Corporate Governance and Government Relations before finding my calling in Real Estate. I currently reside in Fairfax Station with my husband, Kevin and three children, Quinton, Kendall and Kiera.
