Laura Montione – Licensed Assistant
Laura is a fully licensed Realtor who is available to assist me and our clients with all phases of the home buying and selling process. With an extensive background in design, she specializes in staging and preparing clients’ homes for sale. She has earned the Accredited Staging Professional designation and is a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
Laura has lived in Clifton, Virginia for many years and is a very active member of the Clifton community. She has four children, one in college, one at Robinson Secondary School and two at Union Mill Elementary. Laura is well known in the area for her tireless volunteering and “can do” spirit! She brings just as much enthusiasm to our endeavors as a team in our real estate practice.
Cindi Rogers – Office Manager
Cindi navigates all of the administrative details to assist our clients in their transitioning between homes. She develops a schedule for each transaction and keeps us on track with deadlines, inspections and a multitude of resources. Cindi is an integral part of the Springfield community with children at both West Springfield High School and Orange Hunt Elementary.
She has also lived in Northern Virginia for quite some time and knows the area well. Cindi can always be seen helping out in her community, including coaching for SYC youth volleyball, and is well known for her quick wit and willingness to pitch in wherever necessary. She is a fundamental member of our team and maintains our contacts with the contractors, when needed, to ensure each transaction goes smoothly from start to finish.
